Hi Jim---Evidently you are unaware that it was not an adult who called 911 about the child who was struggling while being carried by an adult male near a school---He was not going into the school at the time that he was first seen. School-age children spotted this happening as they were riding past on a school bus and were upset. They then reported it to an adult, as I understand. The police covered the whole issue on electronic news media and emphasized that they felt that the children were correct in calling and reinforced that was the response that the cops wanted. It wasn't as though they were calling 911 to get directions to the nearest shoe store.
