Good to see that Metro Transit is running an apparent surplus.

Since the Central Corridor goes through the U of M, they missed a big opportunity to call this the Maroon Line. Every city has a Green Line, but how many have a Maroon one?

And then a few years from now they'll say the colors are confusing and spend millions to call them Line 1, Line 2, etc.

Please, this is the name for the District of Columbia's transit system, including the colors for the different lines. The DC Metro has been around for over 30 years. Nothing like using another transit's name. Very disgusting!

OK color-coding the lines, fine. But what was wrong with "Metro Transit" and the long-running circle-T logo? Organizations like this need to put all their effort and money into the PRODUCT and not into marketing gimmicks.

That will be great for those who've never navigated Mpls./St. Paul before. My first time in Chicago, those color-coded trains were very easy to use, and more importantly, it was easy to figure out where the transfer point was to the Blue (O'Hare) train!
