No snow, tired of hearing about the negative, good values, realization that like the main things in life, people need places to live. Doesn't mean people will over pay (as they shouldn't), it means living in the Twin Cities is a good thing.

This is great! I'd put my house on the market, but the value has declined by about 40% under Obama, so I guess I'll wait. But thanks for the "good" news!

I always love reading the stories that present the real estate agent as a professional observer. Folks, RE agents make money on both ends of every sale. The amount of their commission is barely affected by a change in price. They will, and do, always recommend that "now" is a good time to buy and to sell a house.

Oh really??? Take a look at zip code 55311 sales activity for the last three months and the last three years. . The downturn is not close to easing, much less improving.
