This is the most un-American, anti-free enterprise, unconstitutional, Stalinst thing I believe I've ever seen a MN governor attempt. It smacks of so many of the tin horned dictators attempting to force socialist unionism on a formerly free country. I am hopeful we still have judges who are Americans instead of DFL liberals first. If this guy comes back and allows it we know it's time to start the process to remove him as he's forgotten who he is and where he lives.

The action of Mark Dayton parallels that of Barack Obama ordering insurance companies to offer free contraception. Both these guys think they were elected king. Judge Lindman will call it as he sees it.
