I'm surprised to see that there's no mention of the federal overview of the the big mortgage companies last year resulting in a delay in foreclosures. This trend isn't going down, it was just delayed a year. This year will be the worst.

How long before the obama administration starts giving homes to those that do not have them, like he does with cell phones. (to the tune of 2 billion $'s a year).
