OK...My wish is that Terry not only makes the team, but also becomes a 20 game winner. However, I am REALLY tired of the word "Hopefully". See if you can keep a running tally on how often that word is used in the Twins organization. It's scary.

Never heard of the guy....hopefully he can throw some innings and take pressure off of a "questionable" bullpen.....good luck man......

Every Twins player selected in the Rule 5 draft will be compared to Johan Santana, despite the fact that the Twins did not actually select Santana in the Rule 5 draft. And Terry Doyle is more like Scott Diamond than Johan Santana.

HOPE, IF, HOPE, IF, With the exception of Pavano,(innings) and Willingham(proven talent)and maybe Perkins, the rest of the team could be labeled Hopes or IFS. Mauer If he stays healthy, Morneau IF he comes back, Hope Liriano can control his emotions, Hope Blackie finds his release point, If Baker can pitch a full season, Hope Revere can hit a little, If Denard can come back, Hope the bullpen finds a leader, If the infield can do the job. Man , remember when we would hope to add a couple guys to shore up the loose ends? Now we are looking for a roster of IFS and Hopes to shore up the 2 or 3 commodities we have. I really enjoyed going to the ballpark the first year, last year got a bit overbearing I'll go again this year a couple times, cause its a great place to watch a game, but the 20 game pkgs I had the first 2 years are history, TV and radio will be just fine.

What are the chances that a 37th rounder is going to make it in MLB? Once again the Twins are looking for a cheap miracle.

Doyle sounds like a great guy. I hope he sticks with the Twins.
