I couldn't agree more! Come end of February it was time to pull out the exterior holiday evergreen container arangements that have been up since Thanksgiving (thanks to the garden centers stocking from the end of Halloween). And please those brown wreaths still hanging on your front doors have to come down now, too! I will take the Easter decor even with the dusting of a late snow fall.

Love you James, but the lights in my apartment cease being Christmas lights after January 15. From January 16 through November 20th, they are my "Happy Lights". A big but distinctive difference.

It's one thing to still have a string of Christmas lights up. It's quite another to still have them lit. It's only ironic to have them on if it's July and it's 85 and you're drinking tequila in their glow.
