Utter nonsense. BOTH SIDES can contribute. However, it is only the liberals and radicals that demand to know who makes contributions. They do this so they can then blackmail and try to intimidate donors and corporations to stop donating, by throwing tantrums, demonstrations in front of businesses and people's houses, and calling for boycotts. It's just like they did with Target a while back, and Target made a huge mistake by caving to the blackmail. This is a freedom of speech issue, and we cannot allow liberals and activists to chill free speech with their usual bullying tactics.

minn12 ; One could also argue that Cons want to hide who donates so the real motivations will not be discovered. Juat saying, it goes both ways and one sides motives are no purer than the others.

Rules requiring donor disclosure are a good first step. What we really need is a federal constitutional amendment to outlaw campaign bribery.

The libs want disclosure so they can continue to threaten the conservatives. Just look at how many death threats the Koch brothers have gotten. Then tell me again why the libs are for disclosure? So they can threaten even more patriots.
