Pek has proven that he belongs and is in fact a nice NBA center. Boy did he prove me wrong. I actually don't mind our center position now, especially with Darko as a bench player when needed to play against some teams with good centers. There is no way we should trade for Pau Gasol as he is a 4 or 5 and we don't need that right now. We need a 2 and possibly a 3.

Pek is an amazing force in the post of course we have had so many in the post that were non factors that any improvement seems large but Pek has so many positives; he hussels up and down the floor on every posession,he has more verticle and makes the slam better than Milly, he actually has some moves under the hoop and he has great hands. As he continues to improve the wolves will get that much better. The team looks so much better with Pek in there and a lot of credit has to go to Adelman

If Love ever starts adding triple doubles to his resume along with 30-15 and 30-20 games, he's going to become a legitimate MVP candidate. The one knock on him every time the MVP discussion comes up is that he doesn't make his teammates better. If he starts accumulating assists, that argument goes out the window.

I don't believe reports the Wolves are/were looking hard at P. Gasol. They already have five power forwards and three centers, including two of their best players. Pekovic makes this team so much better. He stays down low, makes direct moves that require Olympian strength as well as a nice touch. The Monenagrin Mountain has both and deserves a spot next to Rubio and Love on Minnesota's untouchable list.

Part of me just wants to give Pek a big ol man hug, like the big ol' teddy bear he is!

Pek definitely helps Love and the Wolves not only on the floor but in not making a bad move to trade for Gasol. Let the Lakers get old. Why should we bail them out? Gasol has been a really good center but he's now on the wrong side of 30. That is a big difference when comparing him to a young and constantly improving Pek.

Pek and Love are awesome. Darko is a defensive center. We could use one more big on our front line. One that is a great passer and scorer and competitor. Pau would be a great addition. We should be careful not to give up to much for him. I agree with those sentiments but think he would be a great addition. We need some shooters as well.
