Target Field has proven to be a pitchers' park, and the Twins are in no rush to change that.

If they move the fences in, I won't go to anymore games. Oh, wait. I haven't gone to a game yet. I live in CA, but love the Twins. Please keep the dimension the same, please.

If Target field is such a pitchers park why in the H--- have we been one of the worst pitching staffs for the last two years? So... it must be a hitters park??? No, then that would make us a good .....

Okay Gardie, can you guarantee us it wasn't the manager. Oh wait, I guess you can't because I guarantee it went on your manager's record.

How about the boys hit the weight room a bit more. Mauer isn't 19 anymore and sure he's in good shape but he hasn't exactly packed on the muscle to his athletic 6'4" frame. Swing harder, swing faster, hit the ball harder and farther...

I like Ryan's quote! It would be interesting to see what the visitors HR rate is for Target Field. Then compare the visitor rate against other parks. In general, it would be more difficult to hit HR in visitor parks. But it would appear that the Twins are pretty futile over all. I am irritated by the "pitch to contact" quote in the middle of the article. This just provides cover for the Twins mgmt to keep on doing what they've been doing for the past 20 years. It looks like the Twins will become the best National League team playing in the AL.

Jose Bautista and Corey Hart never seem to have problems hitting them out, nor reaching the third deck in Left. Just sayin.

The dimensions of Target Field are ridiculous. It's a hitter's nightmare. Like Safeco in Seattle. Totally boring. Home runs are a part of the game, too.

Pitch to contact is a euphemism for inexpensive. Of course the opposition out homered us at Target Field, we have a terrible pitching staff. I can't stand the Twin's way of assembling a team.
