Banks have put branches in many new kinds of locations to be where their customers are -- malls, community centers, supermarkets, college campuses and airports.

Ok, so the hours suck. It's honestly a pretty good idea. Take it from a bloke who's spent a good amount of time in a hospital bed, my mom would have greatly benefited from this back then.

how about instead of opening up new branches everywhere they quit foreclosing on people, extend them better rates on their mortgages and quit complaining about how the government had to slice their fees when they got out of control
