Mild winter is a brow-raiser, not a record-breaker

If temperatures remain above average through February, this will be the second-warmest winter on record in the Twin Cities. But it still doesn't come close to the winter of 1877-78.

I'm still enjoying it no matter what. If the state burns from drought this summer or we have -50 every day next winter, doesn't matter. This has just been a great winter.

Although I no longer live in Minnesota, I was there last winter so I'm glad to know that this winter was much easier for folks. However, still with the dampness, I wouldn't be able to survive, unfortunately.
