Minneapolis not keeping up -- how do your streets rate?

A recent infrastructure study estimated that the city needs to spend $133 million more than it is now on track to spend by 2030 to avoid further residential deterioration.

After reading this article,it makes perfect sense for the Mayor to build a stadium for a billionaire.Imagine how the 'lefties' would be going nuts if Rybek was a Republican. What say you,'leftie'??
