I would like to comment on two things. First, it is time to stop using the word minority. We are of different races, but minority implies that one is somehow irreparably too different from another. We are not, so let's grow up and think of a better word. Second, it seems to me that those who do these studies should be bound somehow to address how to deal with the disparities and not be able to just do the study and drop out of sight. Finish the work that has been started and not waste time and money by leaving things hanging. Common sense and ethics should dictate that.

Having gone to SPH, I must say that Jean Forster is an amazing researcher, wonderful professor, and asset to the University. Congratulations!
