Residential paving quality predicted to decline

Minneapolis residential Pavement Condition Index, PCI The quality of Minneapolis residential streets differs by paving area. Each paving area is rated each three years by the city for pavement condition on a scale of 1 (worst) to 100 (best). The citywide average is 71, but the city projects that will fall to under 30 by 2020 without significant acceleration of paving investment. Source: Minneapolis Department of Public Works
