The best thing to come out of the suspension is we get to see how the Wolves come together without Love. We'll see what the rest of 'em are made of in the next two games.

Lets not over-analyze this now (too late), it was the heat of the battle, the refs were looking in the stands and missed several plays, Love reacted after Scola flopped like Vlade and was laying on the floor grabbing at Love's legs. Love got suspended for 2 games, turn the page.

Keep in mind that this is a sport where you break the rules by touching someone else. But you don't break the rules by breaking the rules, like when you "travel," otherwise known as moving the ball. YAWN. Get back to me when you dont spend the whole game waiting for the last two minutes, during which you have already planned to break the rules over and over, as this is how you win.

I agree, we all lose our cool from time to time. Love should just admit it, and people will understand. When you deny and lie, that is when people start giving you the "dirty" player tag. cough...Suh...cough

I expect better from Kevin Love of all people. This made me lose a little respect for him. Hopefully it won't happen again.

Who cares? In basketball, if you even gracefully stroke/pet an opposing player, you get called for a foul. The only portion of a game that is interesting is the last minute and then if the score is close!

....I wonder how many commenters from yesterdays article still think it was an accident.....? It's over - he is a competitor and that is what they need from him. Keep winning Wolves!

Personally, I want to see Love become a beast.

Plain and simple, Kevin Love's actions warranted a suspension. However, the NBA needs to address the glaring disparity in their officiating and punishments. Earlier this season Kevin Garnett choked Bill Walker at the end of a Celtics/Knicks game and the NBA decided not to take any action against Garnett. How is what Love did any worse than what Garnett did?
