If Love gets suspended then so should Scola for deliberately throwing the ball into Love's groin the previous game. I'm sure the players understood it was payback. No big deal as Scola was not injured and continued to play.

You left out Deon Sanders, the self-professed best player to ever put on a uniform, on your list of players who did not get elected to the Hall of Fame. The most egregious error was not selecting Bill Parcells.

Whenever Love is matched up with Scola you're going to see a lot of the same. Love understands physical play and Scola understands how to draw fowl calls by taking a dive. Love will always look like he's abusing a player who wants to look like he's being abused.

Love has to move forward as someone who lacks control or someone who lacks courage. I'm hoping he does the right thing and acknowledges he lost his cool.
