I guess it is OK to send Nash again this year. He is still leading the league in assists, even on a bad team. Next year though, this is Rubio's spot.

1.- Are you sure Rubio is not nicer to watch than the other guards? 2.- Are you sure Pau Gasol is worse player than the other PF/C you mention? Rubio, Pau Gasol and Marc Gasol with some other non all star candidates Spaniards did not win the Olympics by little things, and Rudy Fernández, and Calderon are good players but not all star, Ibaka is all star candidate, and Navarro is a european all star. But all of them know how to improve their team mates, because basketball is a team sport. And all this players have a high IQ. Perhaps coaches votes, with usually high IQs, will not agree with your choices. I will always choose Pau Gasol, Marc Gasol, and Rubio for an all star team if I want to win the game and have some IQ at the floor.
