Get kids to eat their veggies

Lunch trays with images of good foods proved powerfully persuasive, University of Minnesota research has found.

How interesting. What children (and adults I think) "see" ranks higher than what we "hear and feel."

Of course if vegetables were given the same TLC as burgers and pizza, probably more kids would eat them. Look at the typical life of a green bean, gets poured out of a can into the steam table first thing in the morning and then cooks for the next few hours. Gets scooped out of the pot and plopped onto the tray. Yum!! The burgers and pizza and constantly being made through the lunch period, so that there is always fresh ones available. Put same care into making the vegetables, and the kids would grow to like them.
