Oh, boo-hoo, some people are no longer able to stuff their faces and waistlines with crappy food from McDonalds, how sad! Good move on Delta's part in getting rid of them.

Despite what food elitists here say, many people like McDonalds. I think it was a big mistake to remove this food option for something that is not affordable or connects with consumers.

So this Red State Airline that is killing us on flying our luggage decides that we should not be able to recover our perspective at McD's. I never thought I would miss NWA, but this group makes our Wilf family look like social workers. Only Delta could make McDonalds look like a victim.

McDonald's at the airport is *not* an affordable food travel option. It costs like 7x as much as regular McDonald's.

@crunchyboy: like everything else at the airport.

Hasn't Delta already done enough to damage our traveling experience. Travelers need predictable, affordable food options while being held prisoner in the concourse. It's not the time to experiment with overpriced new places.

Not a good move, Delta. Children do not like unfamiliar food and adults don't like the resultant hassle. And who wants to take a family to those deli specialty places for the $7 cold sandwiches? Bring back the happy meals. Seniors also prefer the smaller hamburgers and fries and the quick and purse friendly coffee. Delta, please rethink this!

Airport food. Synonymous with: - pretense - missing the mark on quality - overpriced - unappetizing - forgettable

Really? Really!!? The only thing I'll miss is not seeing an American icon, but other than that...good riddance. Crappy tasting food, high calories, lots of salt & fat... For all you with kids that won't eat anything else, really? Come'on grow up and be a parent!
