I had my doubts about Wolves boss David Kahn's decision to draft the Spanish point guard. I don't anymore.

I believe Adelman has played a part in Rubio's confidence by stating and showing confidence in Rubio's abilities from the first time he came in contact with Rubio. I've read and heard nothing but positives from Adelman regarding Rubio from the start of Rubio's time with the Wolves. Kudos to Kahn for the combination of Adelman and Rubio.

Regarding the Gophers...yes they are young and show a lot of promise. However, against Illinois, they couldn't get the ball in bounds with less than a minute in regulation, then Hollins takes a 2 pointer when they trailed by 3 at the end? It was pure dumb luck and Illinois stupidity that he drew a foul, made the basket and free throw for a 3 point play. Where's the coaching there? What were you doing Tubby?

Do we really have 2.2 million stupid people in our state that are so willing to give up their hard earned money to the Pohlads to watch another 80-90 plus loss season? Nothing's going to change people until ya'll quit going. The Pohlad's could care less about you or I. Why line their pockets?

Seriously Sid... You are apologizing to a team executive for questioning one of their decisions? When will you apologize to the fans for supporting team executives/managers that have turned out to be sheer and utter failures?

It is good to hear a sportswriter apologize for negative comments made before giving someone the opportunity to show his ability. Classy Sid!

You mean Ricky was reading Sid's columns? Now Ricky will be Sid's "my good friend" for life. Ricky could go 0 for 100 and Sid will write about how he is a expert shooter. lol

The young movement drove the Gopher men's hoops to victory. Ralph had a rough night.

That smooching sound is Sid kissing the posteriors of Kahn and Tubby. Time for Grandpa sports to retire already.

I'm bewildered that RS3 continues to show zero improvement. NBA? Are you kidding me? Eliason is already the better player. Sorry to say it, but I think Ralph even ruined the Gophers career of Colton Iverson by leading by example. Iverson had tons more potential than RS3 and was hurt by lack of playing time and practicing against SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOW. I got nothing against you Ralph personally, but wake up or put down the bong or something...anything.
