On subject of ducks, leader's emotions range from confidence to hope

The chief executive of Ducks Unlimited said that Minnesota hasn't been written off and that waterfowl numbers were good elsewhere.

what a bunch of BS. Mn. has been written off since the Dakotas went under water and will remain so unless they dry up, plain and simple.

It would help if the state helped their own cause in the duck business. Thousands of acres to work w/ and they basically do very little for duck production. Put some draglines and cats to work--you could produce lots of ducks in any of the WMA they mismanage.
