with better equipment fire fighters can do a lot more with less people.it is done in busines's for years.most of them have had to take pay cuts. now that is a real morale story.

No substitudes for manpower at a fire or emergency situation, cities gamble on nothing happening but it does, good luck John

Why low moral? at the wages and benefits they make they should be happy and greatful for the job...If they don't want to work here or if they whine tell em to find another job...they picked the job it didn't pick them

No idea why Fruetel would want the job. Mpls has made it clear they are more interested in scoring PC points than actually having a functional FD

According to statistics the average MPLS fire fighter is paid 54k a year while the national average is 41.5k what is the moral problem...is it they cannot moolite like the cops...some do..this is a non story they got is great many Mpls citizens would love a job paying that kind of money and benefits

Bear, they need a serious house cleaning. Bonnie Bleskachek sexual predator is still on the payroll ever after being found guilty of using the force as her own personal dating club. MFD is so screwed up that there were actually charges that there was real discrimination for being male and hetro.

I'm not trying to drag politics into this. But this is a clear example of putting PC above experience. (Disclaimer.. I don't care what Bonnie did in her own time. I'm not anti-gay) If what she did were held up against the same standard of a hetro male.. She would have been villified, and tossed on her can..

BTW for those not following. Sexual Predator Bonnie Bleskachek is up for Promotion to fire inspector. MFD are you kidding me? She should have been out on her butt 4 years ago but because of PC cronysim not only does she still have a job, she's getting a promotion Are you people insane?
Hmm lets look at this in context. White hero male.
Staffs dept with single females Has and promotes parties with said females Promotes said females based on.. "Performance" All others are passed over "males" especially.
