If you need an ID to rent a movie, I think needing one to vote is more than reasonable. Only those that rely on fraud will whine about this one.

ARRey sez: Nice to see that they're concentrating on the really important stuff, just like last year.

Oh, the horror!! The people of Minnesota get to actually vote on something they are overwhelmingly in favor of. Despite all the claims that there is no voter fraud, the fact is that is happens all the time. It's just that DFL secretaries of state and local liberal officials basically refuse to investigate and prosecute voter fraud, so of course, the 'statistics' show low amounts. But regardless, ANYTHING that will help eliminate voter fraud by such a simple thing as an ID, which 99.9% of state residents already have, is a good thing.

I've already got mine. Wife's got hers. I'd bring my soc. card, last tax statement & birth certificate if it meant a fair vote. Those that actively and legally participate in this country should have no problem with this.

Excellent. This will finally put an end to the rampant voter fraud that has seen countless individuals rushing to the polls on election day to exercise their constitutional right to...what's that you say? There's never been a single documented case of voter fraud in Minnesota's 153 year history?? Mary Kiffmeyer: master of finding inflammatory solutions to problems that don't exist.
