Love these Wolves. They are fun to watch and the stick around even against elite competition. Sign K-Love!

Franchise changing shot (and win). This is the kind of win that can change the entire focus and motivation of a young, up and coming team. They remind me of the North Stars in 1980. They were a young team with a horrid history and were gelling, knocking off teams (including handing the Flyers a 7-1 loss to break their 30+ unbeaten streak. They ended up taking out the Canadians before losing to Philly in the Conf Championship. They went to the Stanley Cup the next year. This team is a year away and desperately need a player that can drive the lane. They have the parts to turn into a tremendous team if they can stop relying so much on the jumper. Time will tell....but you have to admit, with this talent and top notch coach, they will be fun to watch.

Hey Wolves, GET THIS DONE! Sign K-Love for as many years as he is willing to sign for. And then do it again when that contract is winding down. Come ON!

Whatever they have to pay Love, he is worth it. If they don't keep him here it will be the biggest mistake in franchise history.

I hope that I am wrong----- saw K-Love on JRIB 2 weeks ago and Rome brought up the contract issue with Love. KL said it was not the right time to discuss the contract. To me it sounded like a no vote. The (no comment) made it sound like no deal. He was going to pay out his contract next year and look to go the way of lebron james, williams (new jersey) Amarie, dude from Denver that went to NY, dwight howard wants out of Orlando, chris paul out of NO. That is whats wrong with the NBA, there are rally only 4-5 teams that players want to play for. The rest of the teams are a development league. If the Wolves have already offered the max deal, it is out of their hands.

K-Love is not a Garnett, he is better. HE is absolutely essential to sign. Rubio will have no one to pass to if this falls through and we will be through the Starbury/Garnett thing all over again. That will be the end of the franchise being here long term.

Just get it done!! The Wolves are not in a position to be picky. Love is one of the best PF in the NBA. The Wolves are not gonna get a better player than Love, so they should just sign him to the max contract. Then when Love and Rubio turn this thing around, and when others see how much fun it is to play with Rubio, good free agents will actually want to come here. Just sign Love to the max. Get it done!!

@bluewinbill. While I absolutly want to keep Love on the Wolves. Aldridge is actually one of the few players Id at least consider trading him for. If Love didnt want to stay here, that is.

Sign Kevin Love, then draft a shooting guard. I saw Rubio looking for somebody to hit on several transitions, but there was nobody in front of him with the speed for showtime hoops. Wolves need a sprinter that can score. Barea is good, but he's hurt too much. Maybe for now they can sub guys in every few minutes like wide receivers.
