That's actually not true, as Brazilians don't need visas for visiting England nor the whole of Europe. So, it doesn't take 12 days to get a visa for England - it takes no days at all - just turn up there!

Great idea...if only we could find a secure way to enforce that they ACTUALLY go home when the visa expires.
