You mean we should celebrate the fact that people have lost their right to an opinion? Celebrate the fact that people have lost their right of free association? Show me in the Constitution where "Civil" rights are supposed to trump property rights of the private citizen. The government should be color blind (no favoritism shown to EITHER side), but Individuals should still have their freedom to make a decision.
