From ALL angles?? Very misleading title. The only angles covered were those that oppose the amendment. There was no mention of why someone might support the amendment.

There is no reason to vote yes for this illogical admendment.

I consider myself to be homophobic, but this amendment has no merit. Therefore I will not vote either way. I know this will result in a NO vote, but is my way of protesting the inclusion of this amendment on the ballot. The state has no business trying to legislate marriage.

Very well written, I could not agree more but would like to add one more idea: After you vote no, vote the GOP legislators who put this garbage on the ballot out of office!

Um.. I only see one real angle here. Did the headline writer deliberately lie?

In 1966 a man and a woman I knew could not legally marry or reside together in Missouri. They went across the Mississippi river to Illinois to marry and live. Why? He was white, she wasn't.There are bigots out there that still upset.Minnesota should not define who can love each other and marry.

"We tout the nation's best biking trails and more theater seats per capita than any other metro area outside of New York City" Who touts this?

"They went across the Mississippi river to Illinois to marry and live. Why? He was white, she wasn't.There are bigots out there that still upset.Minnesota should not define who can love each other and marry." - Then you must surely not be opposed to multiple-partner marriage. Or are YOU a bigot for opposing it? It works both ways, pal.

For those complaining, there is a op ed by Dan Nye that takes the other position, hence the "all sides" headline. I actually am glad this amendment will get voted on because it will clearly show the publics support for the LGBT community.

"It works both ways, pal."...........Only in your twisted, straw man mentality. Slippery-slope arguments like this one - repeated over & over -have nothing whatsoever to do with allowing TWO individuals who love one another to have the same right to marry as you have. Nothing. Nor does bestiality or incest or any other form of "sexual congress". Two unrelated adults - of same or opposite genders - who want to make a lifetime commitment to one another deserve that right.
