Time to give Kahn the credit he deserves for hanging in there and finally delivering Rubio despite the criticism. So far he is the best player he has produced as McHale delivered us Love.

Rubio to Randolph is becoming a nice combination. Wolves have too many players playing out of position. Souhan is right, no NBA centers. and they are in need of a shooting guard. Darko looked just out of it tonight and was benched big time. Until they find players to fit each position every game is going to be rough going. Right now they are chalk full of forwards and point guards, thats it. Rubio was drained after the game and said it best that it is just way too hard to control a game when youre always coming from behind.

Umm, coach, I know Ricky is good and all, but why do you make his life so difficult by spotting the opponent a double digit lead every game before finally bringing Ricky in to clean up your mess? Are you trying to teach him how to overcome poor coaching decisions? Give the kid a break and start him already, wouldja? I don't know how much more of your "coaching" he can take.

I am a big fan of Rubio and the Wolves. But Souhan and the cynical Dan Barreiro are on board singing his praises too? We Timberwolves fans have a collective man-cruch on Ricky. It is cool, but kind of creepy at the same time.

Randolph was pretty darned good tonight. Maybe he can play center after all.

"He is the rare athlete who succeeds because of savvy and intelligence rather than athletic ability." Did you notice a majority of Rose's points and assists came with Rubio on the bench? Did you see Rubio pick pocket the Rose, the best point gaurd(according the announcer anyway) repeatedly tonight? Did you see Rubio drive to hole and score a few times tonight? How about the shooting did you miss this? Rubio is a great athlete who plays with intelligence. He succeeds because of rare athletic ability combined with intelligence.

Did you notice on two fast breaks tonight,Luke Ridnour had a very open Rubio with no one betwen Rubio and the basket but Ridnour decided to pass to a covered player in the first one who clanked the shot, and on the second, Ridour took it to the hole himself and scored. Ridnour is either a little slow, or more likely, jealous.

Adelman's strategy appears to not give too much credit to the talent he inherited when he came in by keeping our best players on the bench. Rubio had how many assists in the 2nd quarter?

Exactly how much of practice time is spent working on free throws? How about 2 hours of free throw practice a night until some players can hit a free throw?

Rubio will be a very important piece for the long-term development of the Timberwolves. Just a couple blue-chip players away from being a playoff team.
