Adelman cool to Love's knock on Beasley

The Wolves coach wasn't aware of Love's "kidding" remark about Michael Beasley's absence helping the offense's ball movement, but he said everyone can share the credit or the blame.

Always nice to hear Coach Adelman inject some sanity into the proceedings. Let's calm down about Love, Beasley, et. al. Great news about Rubio's numbers.

3-16 FG, 5-10 FT, 13 pts. -20 +/- rating... A 10 point loss... Damn Beasley is a waste! He's a cancer to the team! We need to send him packing on the next bus!... Oh, Beasley didn't play? He didn't even make the trip? Then whose numbers were those? Kevin Love's? What? Didn't he just joke the offense seemed to move better without Michael Beasley? It also seemed to be moving well before Love checked back in the game in the fourth quarter against Toronto. Adelman's right. Everyone on the T-Wolves are guilty of poor offensive play. At 3-6, no one has the ability to joke, or point the finger at anyone else on the Wolves team and insinuate they are the reason why the team is playing poorly. I think the best thing Love can do now is go home and apologize to his teammate and never embarrass himself like that again on or off the court.

Batum is young as Im sure we are looking for experience, but he is available...great upside..maybe fit in the system better than Beasley?

Beasley is a great talent .......but a head case. Kevin Love is a prima donna who selfishly focuses almost 100% on rebounding and scoring, neither minor feats mind you. Besides his whining I can't think of another part of his game he excells at.

Get real, JWills. Love has one bad game from being exhausted from carrying the team on his back, and you wanna run him outta town? Incredible. Beasley is bad EVERY GAME. Let's focus on the real problem here. The other half of the tepid twosome, Wes Johnson. A starting shooting guard who does his best impression of BEasy by going 0fer 5, with 1 assist and 1 rebound, and another game with ZERO free throws. He is 1-2 in free throws ON THE YEAR! Not what you'd want from your starting shooting guard. He is invisible out there, whether he plays the 2 or the 3. He's another bust from Syracuse, that vaunted national power that churns out NBA quality players, like Wes and Jonny Flynn, and Leo Rautins. There's more to playing in the NBA than just scoring, but from what I've seen, Wes doesn't provide any of it. The opponent doesn't even have to assign anyone to guard him. Just let him shoot uncontested, wide open shots. He'll miss.

Uncle Joe, KLove is a Prima Donna? Do you even know what that means? He's a workhorse, and has logged more minutes than any player in the NBA. While players all around the league are dropping like flies with injuries from the demanding schedule, KLove is battling in the trenches, in the most demanding position on the court, fighting his heart out for every board, every point, and trying his best to win. The definition of a "Prima Donna" is a vain or undisciplined person who finds it difficult to work under direction or as part of a team...Yeah, that sounds alot like KLove. Sheesh. Where do you people come from? Go infest some other board, troll. Real fans are posting here.

The NBA is a league where night in and night out anything can happen. It's going to be a long but fast season for the players and many injuries. To try and get a handle on a rhythm of sorts will be tough. Be patient with a team that is more exciting then we've seen in awhile. We all can see now 20 to 25 wins is what's going to happen no matter how much harping is done.

The Wolves little locker room kerfuffle aside, it's not a question of if Beasley will be sent packing but when he'll be gone. Real coaches like Adelman have enough power and say to rid teams of counterproductive knuckleheads.

As much as some people want Beasley gone, I don't see the reason for it. Anthony Tolliver, Wes Johnson and Wayne Ellington are not reliable as scorers, they might put up a donut and it wouldn't be a surprise. Michael Beasley has not played well offensively, but he is second on the team in rebounds and points per game. I don't see why you trade you're second leading scorer and rebounder just to get him off the team. His last two games he had double digit rebounds. He plays bad and he still puts up numbers, when Wes, Wayne and the Anthony's have bad games, it's like Toronto last night. When Beasley's shot is falling, he is a dangerous player. How many guys on the Wolves roster can put up 30 points in a game. I don't mind the idea of him being the sixth man, but I want to let the season play out a bit before Beasley has to go. If he had trade value, I could see it, but to get rid of a 23 year old with that much talent, just to get rid of him is dumb. He scored in double figure in 33 of his first 34 games last year including 14 games with more than 25 points. He also had double figures in 24 of the Wolves last 26 games. He has been bad this year, but his bad is a lot better than some players. He is still the Wolves 2nd leading scorer and rebounder with his horrible play. Don't sell stock at it's lowest value is my rule.
