I wanted to comment on the Wolves' impressive road win. I wanted to discuss Flip Saunders' shaky coaching situation with Washington. But instead, I keep getting kicked out of this site with an annoying request to subscribe to digital Star service after my "free 20 articles" have been used up. 1. We already subscribe to the paper. 2. I've had to go through this vetting process twice before. Is anybody else as frustrated with this routine as I am?

I love to see guys get fired especially former coaches! This is Flips last opportunity in the NBA. Bu bye!

After today's game it's pretty obvious that Rick Adelman should be coach of the year in the NBA. The boys' just took it to those Wizards. Fire Frazier, fire Gardenhire, fire Yeo, fire Tubby, fire Kill...but Adelman for Governor. I'm sure all Minnesota sports "fans" agree.

I've caught parts of several games this season and one thing I can't get over is Wayne Ellington. Why is this guy even in the NBA...terrible!

Other than John Wall the Wizards are an awful team! I am glad the Wolves won as expected today!Wesley needs to play off the bench for awhile until he can regains some confidence. The Wolves play the best when Rubio is on the floor with Love at center and Williams at PF. Beasley and/or Toliver can play SF. I have had enough of Darko!I like the way Ellington played today but he has never been consistent which keeps him out as a regular starter. It seems clear that Adelman does not like Randolph and I believe he will see a lot of time on the bench. With Love at center either Randolph or Darko could be the back ups. With that said Adelman will continue things as they are.

Coyner, yes, I detest the tactics. I stopped having the Strib delivered years ago because delivery was ALWAYS problematic. I pick it up on Sunday, and few times during the week. Advertising dollars are based on readership. Cannot understand how the Strib figures these tactics will increase readership, and traffic to the online paper. Easy fix, though. Delete your cookies when the "free 15 articles" expires. Back to the Wolves. Nice road win, and, as always, awesome game Kevin Love, Ricky Rubio.

Beasley was not missed, the ball moved. Darko was a non-factor, again. Johnson was ineffective at small forward, too. It's time to admit mistakes and trade these guys for some used balls or sneakers. Rubio needs to start and Luke needs to be the two guard. Love is a beast.

only one game but look at the last 2 games at the starting shooting guard position... Beasley: 4-12 field goals made-attempted, 3 turnovers, 1 block, 0 steals, +1 plus/minus. Ellington: 5-8 field goals made-attempted, 1 turnover, 0 blocks, 3 steals, +11 plus/minus. Plus the offensive flow was better without Beasley. He did have more rebounds than Ellington but team rebounding was 44 with Ellington and 43 with Beasley. That tells me that Beasley is getting rebounds that teammates would have gotten anyways. Beasley is the better athlete and has more potential if he can consistently make an outside jump shot but the question is who is playing better TEAM basketball?

finally finally, finally, they are starting to hit their shots, they were missing way to many open shot. And getting Beasley out, and now keep Darco out ,and we will improve.
