This synthetic marijuana thing is playing kinda like alcohol prohibition did. Declare it illegal, drive it underground, and then act shocked when it turns into a prime revenue source for criminal outfits.

The prohibition of real Marijuana has driven the synthetic market into existence - with far more dire consequences than use of the real thing. There must be a tremendous market for legal marijuana if the market for fake and dangerous alternatives is so active. I am not making a stance for or against, but just offering an observation of cause and effect.
