WOW! What a wonderful outpouring of love. I just want to thank everyone who contributed/donated. Many families will be greatly blessed because of your generosity. THIS is the true meaning of Christmas.

Only feel good comments are aloud to be posted here.... "Police said they have identified a suspect but have not found the missing food -- or a motive" - - could hunger be a motive? Or maybe the food was delivered to somebody who is homebound and couldn't go to the food shelf. But yes, it is wonderful for the outpouring of help to this food shelf, even if it is only a one time event for the holiday's.

As I read though the page 1 stories, I shifted from anger, disgust, sadness... Then I went to the B section and read this story. I realized that, along with the great picture on page 1, I wished that part of this story was there as well- (maybe downsizing some of the Best Buy story a bit)- Because we really do need to people to KNOW that there is some caring, compassion, integrity and GOOD in the world. My 2 cents.

And NO government program was involved. This is what Americans do and have done. We do not need government to make us generous and charitable.
