Just watched the taped delay. Really liked what I saw (after some shenanigans in the first quarter that is) The team is better, more focused and that's the coaching. Watched Adelman's presser after the game. He's just the real deal. A solid coach who knows how to take what he has and mold it into a cohesive unit. These guys are going to be a fun team to follow. I hope they can keep it together.

Amazing what a coach and new players can accomplish. This team played defense, shared the ball, and was fun to watch. Now, if they can do it against good teams, we're on our way to the playoffs.

Love is the main guy on this team. Derrick Williams is going to be a big star too. Bariea is a very good point guard. Rubio is the third-best guard on the team.

"Amazing what a coach and new players can accomplish." Now if only the summer and fall teams in this state can figure that part out.

Some of this is critical mass as well as good coaching. We've been drafting so high for so long, we were bound to have the talent in place for someone to coach eventually. Call it a perfect storm. Better players joining this year (DWill, Rubio, and a shrewd move to add Barea)and a real coach. Now, if we can just keep David Kahn focused to keep the parking lot clean so they can get in on time and learn. Glen, take care of that. Thanks.

I didn't think the Wolves should sign Love to the max extension based on what I saw last year. But after watching how he played last night, I have NO question in my mind that his weight loss and strength gain will make him a better offensive and defensive player. No reason in my mind to delay signing him to a four- or five year contract.

The Wolves will be better this year. They should graduate from laughing stock to respectable. (Although that depends on certain National media members getting over their peculiar obsession with dissing Kahn) How many wins the improvement actually translates to...who knows? But they will be FUN to watch. Rubio, Williams, and Barrea are great additions. They are all exciting players.
