similar thing happening in Golden Valley at 394 and Louisiana. The new building is up, but not open quite yet. Looks nice.

The new EP store is nice. Not a big fan of all the extra stuff they carry (food, books, etc.), just stick to home improvement stuff.

Long overdue -- Greatly looking forward to a new store at this location.

I also live in the area. Bring it on. And don't let the Burger King franchisee blackmail you into stalling the project, or giving them more money. For most Richfield residents, a nice, modern renovated Menards store is much more important than a fast food burger joint.
