Lacking a true shooting guard, the Wolves will risk weaker defense to exploit their point guards' skills.

It's great to hear the coach and players sounding so upbeat about their plans for the season. Can't wait to see how things look Saturday night!

I sure miss Jonny Flynn. Hope Kevin McHale can take advantage of his incredible skills in Houston. Especially when they play the Wolves. Hooowl

I am so looking forward to seeing this group of Wolves play together. It has been a long time since there has been any excitement and anticipation regarding the Wolves future. Is it possible we do not have to wait to see our lottery selection number for a change? I sure hope so!! Go Wolves!!

Bobby Jackson played great defense. Our three do not.

I can see Luke playing both guard positions. In my opinion he is a good shooter and create his own shot.I do not understand the hate on him.I like how he plays.

Team should be better, but the guard thing doesn't make sense to me...Barea is overrated, having benefitted from playing with 2 Hall of Famers, a solid defense and good shooters..........Not having a guy that can really create his own shot at 2 will hurt them

ljb599: Ridnour sucks as a PG. He doesn't know how to setup an offense and turns the ball over too much, especially down the stretch. He doesn't play defense. He's no better shooter than Sessions who was traded away to make room for him.

Am I missing something? They just signed Malcolm Lee to 3 yrs guar., and he can play PG too, at 6'5". Why would you play a PG at SG when you have Lee who may be a fine SG at 6'5", and he's is supposed to know how to play defense? Am I missing something, or is Luke maybe missing something?

PS - my guys from last yrs draft - we could have had either or both of them - Marshon Brooks and Iman Schumpert looked NBA ready in todays pre season game, my 3rd guy was M. Lee, I hope Mr. Kahn got the right guy. He actually had Brooks at one point I think . . .
