Rick and Terry are awesome. They bring a lot of wisdom to the franchise.

The good news is the team saw the need to bring in top teachers to help the kid become a super star. The sad news is Derrick Rose and Tony Parker will turn this kid inside out this yr. Good learning and growth. smart wolves

Welcome back, Terry Porter! Welcome, Rick Adelman! And welcome, Ricky Rubio! Maybe we've got the right bunch of point guards now. It is a great time to be a Wolves fan. Let's build something here.

Ahh! So excited for the season! Dare I say it: Is Kahn's vision coming to fruition? We'll see. I'm all for Adelman, Moptop, Love, D-Will and Barea. My concerns are Beasley's D and who the heck is going to play C and SG with effectiveness each night?!

This one goes for Ricky: Ricky, Porter fue un gran jugador, más tirador que pasador, pero con gran experiencia en playoffs y defendiendo a Magic Johnson, Reggie Theus, etc. Puedes aprender mucho con él.

Was hoping Rubio would be our version of Teen Wolf, but we were off by a year. So now it's Moptop?

Porter should be an excellent mentor for Rubio. The Adelman coached Blazers team featuring Porter, Clyde Drexler and Cliff Robinson was one of my favorites to watch. Ya think Rubio will pick up Porter's habit of leaving his shooting hand in the air as the shot goes in? :)

I like this coach. To me it seems that everything he says has value. It has to be contagious to have someone running the show that is confident in what he wants to accomplish, and himself. Like, what Yeo is doing, and, whether you like it or not, what Kill is doing at the U. My NBA boycott may end earlier than expected.

UNFORTUNEATLY, RUBIO'S SHOOTING STATS ARE LESS THAN GOOD COLLEGE PLAYER STATS. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE RUBIO WITH THE GOPHERS BEFORE HE TAKES HIS ONLY SHOT AT THE NBA. THE POINT GUARD SPOT IS STILL A QUESTION MARK AFTER THE GOPHERS PLAYED CLOSE GAMES WITH SOME PRESEASON PUSHOVERS. RUBIO MAY BENEFIT FROM SOME FORMAL EDUCATION ALSO. TOO BAD COLLEGE RULES DO NOT ALLOW THIS.
