No on has died from real cannabis. The largest US Farm Cash Crop and it goes untaxed and criminals make the money. 900,000 American a year get an cannabis arrest, time to re-think prohibition. Do we legislate horseback riding, one in 350 get hurt on a horse. Prohibitions should be based on risk (real risk). Hard to legislate stupid.

This is great news, 1 in every 15 seniors get stoned everyday. It's no wonder we continue to lag in education. The more that the pro pot-heads push their idea of utopia, the more this country ends up with dummies that can't make change, use manners, or do much of anything positive.

36.4% of high school seniors report smoking real marijuana. We have laws to criminalize this, so over a third of our kids are criminals. And these kids don't want to be criminals so they try the legal stuff which was concocted by a back-alley chemist. Rather than use safe, non-toxic cannabis kids are risking their lives with synthetics. Now's the time to legalize marijuana.

Its sad that people have to resort to synthetic drugs out of shear terror that they will get in trouble for smoking a natural god given substance that grows from the earth. THE WAR ON DRUGS IS A JOKE THE WAR ON DRUGS IS A WASTE OF TAX DOLLARS. I SURE HOPE RON PAUL WILL GET IN AS HE WILL FIX THIS FOR SURE. Legalizing cannibis will put the synthenic drug makers and, bad drug dealers out of business. Also legalizing will help our economy. There are so many uses for the stuff. Do your research. PS I HAVE NEVER SMOKED POT OR HAVE ANY INTEREST TO DO SO.

I keep hearing about K2 / Spice, which is basically potpuri that has been sprayed with a synthetic fake marajuana chemical that the tobacco companies produce. Why does everyone ignore the thing that is also being sold as fake pot and is used more often; the other natural herbs like damiana, mugwort, lions tail, blue lotus, marshmallow leaf, etc. These things have been used for centuries, though more traditionally in tea. I just don't understand the bundling of these with the synthetic k2 out now. I think more research needs to be done on the natural fake marjuanas.

Lets stop wasting our resources and time fighting the war on marijuana because its causing our kids to seek out a Legal but Deadly substitute for the real thing which has not caused any deaths!legalize it and lets move on to the real issues in our country! like the economy and the fact that thousands of people go with out basic necessities and food!!!

This could be reason for celebration. Marijuana is far less toxic than nicotine and never leads to physical addiction, as alcohol can. It's illegalization in the 30's was a purely political act, and benefits only the pharmaceutical industry and the "minor" tranquilizers it produces.
