Fingers crossed. Especially on the DBs. We need them!

Gillum may be the slowest RB in the Big 10. I'm not sure how he gains so many yards ... but he does!

I think Kill will get us to be a good MAC team. Too bad we're in the Big Ten.

Hire a MAC coach, deal with MAC recruits! Might as well apologise and bring back Mason!

There is a reason kids to to Juco land. They can't keep a C average in class. Shabazz even said Baylor wouldn't accept some of his D's. And this is going to help how? Kill deserves some time, but so far, the recruits are underwhelming. He's fighting MAC and lower tier programs for kids. That talent level isn't going to win Big 10 games.

Looking for another coaching change I see? Turning a team around especially in the Big Ten is not like turning on a light switch people. It's more like a dimmer...getting brighter and brighter every year. Jerry has done it before; i have confidence he will do it again. Everyone knows he has a lot of holes to fill; I would rather see him concentrate on the D first. It's going to get harder and harder to try to outscore the opponent. Defense wins ball games; our D is not very good.

There are some excellent players in the juco ranks, for many reasons including academic. Blinn JC in Texas where that DB is coming from happens to be the same place Cam Newton came to Auburn from. Minnesota is in NO POSITION to be too picky right now. It will take a few years' of the Killer putting up good results before the best recruits will even look at the Gophers.

I think some of the best recruits ARE ALREADY looking at Minnesota. We got Nelson at QB and Wisconsin wanted him bad, plus that's his father's alma mater. Kill impressed him so much he chose MN. Same with Pirsig from Blue Earth.

How do you know? Will Johnson is going to WV because he doesn't want to play for this circus in dinkytown!

The list of recruits in the newspaper shows four recruits from one high school, Miami Central. Has this been mentioned in print before? I'd like to know how this came about.
