The arrival of Derrick Williams means Wes Johnson will remain at shooting guard and must broaden his skill set and be more consistent.

So the big question is: Can Johnson dribble with his left hand with his head up? (Last year he couldn't do so with his right hand.) Does he have a crossover dribble? Behind the back? He's had since last April to get a handle, seven months! I guess we'll know soon as to whether he is like Love in that he works on his deficits in the off season or if he's like Darko who can't consistently score against an imaginary opponent. Sorry, but both Johnson and Darko start the year in my doghouse until they show me some NBA game.

I am not very confident that Johnson can become a SG because he is a SF.The Wolves are going to need to make a decision whether to keep Beasley or Johnson then get a pure SG(like OJ Mayo) to play this position through the draft or free agency.
