It doesn't feel so late when the team keeps winning!

The way they play now ... I'm thinking "Stanley Cup".

This team is under rated. Trading for Heatley and Setegouchi was a stroke of genius, and Yeo isn't doing too bad either.

Anyone that doesn't think this teams for real is living in a seperate reality. All of the players they're missing and they don't skip a beat, amazing. Lundin has far surpassed my expectations, Heater is playing hard two way hockey and Spurgy is so smart and quick that size should not even be mentioned. Even with the HORRIBLE call on Brodzy removing another forward the energy they finished with was inspiring. Go Wild!

Clean hit by Brodziak. Feet on the ice, shoulder-to-shoulder, competing for the puck. Great game by all: Hacks, Koivu, Powe. I loved Spurgeon owning Kopitar in the 3rd. Smart defense there. Let's go Wild! Next stop: Phoenix.

Kopitar played the "heel" for "healing" in time to play on the Kings PP.

This Wild season so far has been amazing. Who would have thought that Minnesota was capable of this sort of transformation? I was worried that Yeo's coaching style might rub veteran players the wrong way,but they appear to have gained trust in his philosophies. For really the first time in team history(LeMaire was a master of system over talent) the Wild's next 5 years could potentially relegate Minnesota as perennial Cup contenders.

Now can we please trade Backs and his high salary for a scorer and go out and win the cup!
