Glad to have Sage back in purple. He was clearly the better qb and got bounced by CHILI. A solid backup to Ponder and a leader in the locker room. Give Ponder some time and an improved offensive line, he will be fine. Lets get some defense and start pushing people around!! We've been too soft in the secondary for so long, not sure if we've had a solid safety since Griffith?

Keep him after this season. Make him the backup and Webb a WR. I believe Webb could be another Moss if given a chance. If both QB's get injured he can always be made QB again.

Yes, doobiechad is correct, Sage was better than Tavaris, too bad Chili was such an egotistical idiot not to realize that. Once he locked in one of his opinions, he was a blockhead. Thank God he is gone, Frazier is 10 times better as a coach than the Chili-man. I also wouldn't mind seeing Joe Webb as a receiver with Sage as #2. Then pick up a 3rd QB from somewhere.

Letting Sage go was another Childress mistake. Glad he is back.

A good move. Just what a rookie QB needs "Sage" advice (my apolgies - couldn't help myself...)

Interesting comment about making him the primary backup and Webb a full time WR. After all it was Frazier that said one of the key positives in letting McNabb go was only having to work with 2 QB's in practice. A sign of things to come perhaps? Btw, I thought the *push off* penalty that was against Webb Sunday was one of the worst flags I've ever seen. We've all seen Moss and even Carter and Reed back in the day push off far more than this and get away with it. I've seen Revis man handle receivers all year and he barely gets a glance from the official.

From article: "He he has a strong ally in Spielman." ummmm...is that supposed to be a positive thing?

If McNabb was still under contract, why did they cut him? Now they have to pay Rosenfels too. They must have made some kind of early-release deal with McNabb, or it was an option in his contract.
