I was pleased to see they had "steam" for as long as they did. I'd guess Michigan State's players were caught looking ahead, somewhat, but that only takes a half-time speech to get over. The Gophs "Bowl Game" is this Saturday so I hope the TCF Bowl (endzone) becomes an impossible place for Bucky to run its offense.

I like the fact that we (the gophers) were in this game till the very end. Also congrats to the team for out playing the Spartans in this game. Even tho the score doesn't show it I will count this as a victory. Not all games are won by the final score.I am proud to be a Gopher fan today and always. We are on our way and yes I know there is a lot of work to be done however, the tide is turning.

I've been entertained the entire length of the game two weeks in a row. What more can you ask for? Go Gophers and way to stick to it. I predict either NW or Illinois will be a win.

We have the right coach to turn this program around it is time the fan base stays on board and I hope the student section is filled to the top of the second deck. Also, Joel Maturi has taken some heat over a few mistakes but I want to thank him for getting Coach Kill and his staff. Go Gophers!!!!!!! Ski-U-Mah!!!!

I am not a fan of moral victories but I have to be encouraged by the overall progress the men demonstated against MSU. The Spartans were lucky to survive. Statistically, we beat them pretty well, 1st downs, time of possession, etc. We were hurt with some penalties which I assume will be corrected. Physically, they improved their tackling and blocking techniques. It will be fun to watch this team grown.
