Well-done. If I ever would need a lawyer, I'm calling Vince Megna.
So Megna, let me see if I get this straight. It's okay to want to cap doctor's fees through Obamacare but it's NOT okay to cap lawyer fees? Okay, got it. Don't you have an ambulance to chase somewhere?
Hold on a minute. Republicans are using big goverment to enforce views they want and at the same time inhibiting the free market? First thre MN GOP is broke and now this. It is one things to relax regulations to making sueing more difficult, but they are doing is cost fixing. Tell you what Republicans, you look hypocritical doing the same thing that you complain about the Democrats doing. Practice what you preach.
Why not let the free market work? If you can find an attorney to do it for less, more power to you. I thought the GOP was for getting government out of telling business what to do???
When are we going to see the OWS gang protest these greedy lawyers?
If that rich republican car dealer doesn't want to pay large attorney's fees he shouldn't defraud his customers
whoops. You stepped on the pro-Democratic lawyer toes. They are one of the most solid Democratic supporters, next only to the unions..... and a big reason why medical cost have skyrocketed. Tort reform in medical would cut cost by 30% and wipe out a big lucrative market for lawyers. Notice Dems fight tort reform with a vengeance.
