Funny, most of the charges "crammed" onto my cell phone bill are for Federal XX charge, federal XX charge, state XX charge, local XX charge, and so on- in other words GOVT charges. Yes, get the Govt out of the cell phone business.

Good! There are too many 3rd parties on the bill!

The GOVT is a 3rd party too. My contract is between me & cell provider.

Some great reporting. What at some examples of these third party charges. List them all; don't cherry pick only the ones that fit into your agenda either.

Geezer that I am, I thought the attorney general was attempting to stop students from doing all their studying for tests on the night before the test. Glad to hear she's not going to mess around with that time-honored tradition.

Cramming is how I got through college. Don't ban it.

Thanks Lori! Banning cramming is so 1997 of you! I bet Amy will introduce a similiar federal bill - along with being against dust, mean people and noises that keep you awake at night.

All telephone bills have charges on them that are bogus. Should only have to pay the bill. What the heck are the state and fed taxes for anyway. Some of those taxes are from WWII and they never dropped them. Land lines have been paying for Fiberoptic's and they still haven't updated the old wire yet. That's been going on for years. Who's asleep and not doing their job(s).

Maybe the law should prohibit "Cramming" on ALL billings! That sure would cut the Gubbamint's revenue stream.
