"He scrambled to his right and I seen Driver..." Really!? "I SEEN Driver!?". Where in the world did Abdullah go to college and did he take any English courses? Wait! What am I saying? Of course he didn't take any English courses. He was way too busy learnin' how to blow elementary pass coverage for a safety. Until the Vikings have intelligent and athletic defensive backs the team has no chance to be a winner. I'd even expand that to the slow-to-react, sloth-like linebacker corps. On the upside, Ponder looked good, AP ran well and the patchwork OL actually did enough to win the game. And we're still in the hunt for the number one pick... If only a couple other teams would win...!

That this is on Abdullah is a real shame, he has been playing very well for us this season. Our entire corps of defensive backs have really been doing better than I expected them to be capable of. I honestly believe3 if we'd of had Cook, we'd have won this one.

This is why I really don't like the Tampa 2 Defense that much. Allen should have stayed with his wideout, but the defense relies on the deep cover. Ponder threw a couple of picks back to back after that and that was the game. We have our future QB though. He played very well overall.

With Sanford, Cook, and Winfield out we knew the Packers were going to shred our secondary. I'm actually surprised the game was so close. The LBs also seem to be below par. EJ is too slow and Greenway doesn't seem to be a major factor at all.

Yes Mr. Abdullah, that was your man running by himself and you, you alone gave the Packers seven points.........and we lost by six. You do the math. How hard is it to play two deep coverage and have your safety stay deeper then the deepest receiver? Seems every other team has safeties that can handle it.

Pass D continues to be terrible, year after year. Who is this D coordinator, Pagac? Where did they dig that bum up? If you are going to go with untalented players on D, at least get a different coach to make sure they know what they are supposed to be doing.

"It was one of those plays that totally shifts a game completely around."" That's right! And you were responsible Husain. Seems to me I recall you losing another game or two for us in the past. You sure can put the "Dull" in Abdullah! Pagnac is last years linebacker coach. Seems to me the linebackers played very well last year. Now that he has been promoted to D Coordinator, Mike Singletary has been hired to be linebackers coach. You remember Singletary, the one man wrecking crew who single handledly destroyed the 49's with his divisive coaching style. He is currently destroying our linebacking corp the same way apparently. Great player but lousy coach.

Listen, Cook is crap on the field. You people talk as if he is some sort of difference maker when on the field. The Packers LOVE him at corner, and he is one of the worst 10 corners in the NFL (look at the numbers. Are they meaningless to you?). When you draft a player, you draft intellect and academic accomplishment speaks to the individual's seriousness at his craft - as well as personal integrity. Cook was an academic failure - suspended twice in fact. Look at the great teams: They have smart players, and their scouts don't draft academic failures because they SEE the connection (character).

I continue to be amazed at how bad our secondary can be. Frazier was a very good DBacks coach before being promoted to defensive coordinator. You would have thought when he was the defensive coordinator he would have seen the value of a good secondary and pushed to build it through the draft or free agents. Maybe Chilly wouldn't listen to him and that's why the secondary was awful for the last couple of years. But now that he's the head coach clearly he can have the input needed to have made some major upgrades during the last off season. Yet here we are again with no one on the roster other than Winfield who can actually cover their receiver. Its an embarrassment because if there was one area Frazier should be able to scout and fix its the secondary.
