Falk and Johnson were both impressive today. Staubitz fills a role which is deemed necessary, but if Stoner is willing to assume that role (and he appears to be more than willing), perhaps we could see more of Johnson. Even without Sid and Geno, anyone the Pens try to slip through waivers should be good enough for forth line duty on the Mild.

What games were, or have you been watching? Falk was terrible! He was terrible in preseason, and he appeared to be trying to get a ticket to Houston! Come on, no rust? This is all they have? And watching Spurgeon get man handled game after game?!?! Sure, he has some skills, be even the Ref dropped him on his little behind in the Vancouver game! And to put Falk and Spurgeon out to kill (well, try to kill) and 4 on 3 power play against the Canucks top guys - TOP GUYS - bang, game over! Points are tough, THAT was a division game, get the point with your top guys on the ice. Oh, and release Nick Schultz, useless!!!
