I have been folowing the Gophers, only missing 4 or 5 games, since 1973. We have been on a "rebuilding program" for all 38 of those years. All that has been accomplished is Minnesota has ruined the lives of many coaches. We are adding Jerry Kill to this resume. Jerry seems to be a great guy and committed to doing things right. It will not happen here. If it takes another 38 yeara I will be 94. I don't know if I can do this anymore.

Quit talking about how we have a chance to win this game; we don't. You think we're idiots?

The Vikings have no chance against the Packers. I am a Vikes fan but the reality is that the Vikings have taken a nose-dive over the past two years. It will be a few more years until we are competitive again with the Packers. Watch for a lot of green jerseys and Packer cheers at the Metrodome on Sunday.

Frazier is grasping at straws when he comes out with this kind of garbage, I wish he would come right out and admit that Donovan McFlabb was a huge mistake.

If Ponder shows that he is a better quarterback then McNabb (which won't take much) then Frazier needs to explain to fans why we had to watch McNabb do very little for 6 weeks before he put Ponder in. McNabb has thrown for a little over 1000 yards and 4 TD's in 5 and a half games. That's really bad. We waited way too long for Ponder to get his chance. The Vikes will have to go 7-3 right now just to make it to a .500 season. To talk about Ponder giving the Vikings their best chance to win now is a joke. The Vikings might not have had much of a chance to begin with in the North Division but McNabb gave the Vikes no chance.

Do you really expect Frazier to come out and say we have no chance to win this game today? This is the NFL...there's always a chance any team can beat any team on any given Sunday. Frazier said Ponder gives us the best chance to win. That means better odds of winning with him as opposed to McNabb (even if those odds are a long shot). I for one completely agree with our coach on that! SKOL VIKINGS!!!

The best news here, if true, is that Maturi will be gone. In a couple of years with a new and effective AD, everyone, including Sid, will realize how terrible an athletic director Maturi was.

How does a rookie, with little pro game experience, give us the "best chance" to win against one of the toughest teams in the league? I not following........
