"What does Hospital's star grade tell you?"...Nothing, absolutely nothing. Not unlike the CMS star grade of Nursing homes. Not unlike a nursing home's Dept. of Health Survey results. It's nothing but a way for the state or the feds to grade based on an opinion by a group of surveyors that don't work in the business!
