Starting the youngster is best for the team, both in the short and long term.

Everybody knows Ponder's in. He was hired to start and start he will. When you're at the bottom there's only one way to go, at this point the Vikings having nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I think things are getting better. For the first time this season the Vikings scored more points in the second half than in the first. What are people complaining about now?

It was fun to hear and see Ponder starting his career in Minnesota. Lets get alook at the next Fran!

I'd rather see Webb. He has started and won an NFL game. He is more athletic than Ponder and throws a better ball. Just because he is a 6th round pick doesn't mean he shouldn't be considered. Brady was a 6th round pick and that turned out alright.

I would take either Webb or Ponder at this point. The thing that really bothered me was shots of Wilf laughing it up, and later Ponder on the bench. I don't know, in my day if you were ever losing, (no matter how funny what someone said), you never wanted to get caught laughing it up. Kind of shows me that they could give a crap either way, as long as they get their money.

Frazier has no choice and he knows it. If he starts McNabb against GB, Leslie and the Vikes Camp will be run out of town. The change should have happened weeks ago.

I'd still go with McNabb-->getting alot of money and our line means any QB will take plenty of shots. Ponder and Webb can play the latter parts of both games against Green Bay as good chance we're down 30 fairly quickly.

minnmoderae, Are you dreaming? Webb more athletic than Ponder? The true athlete must have balance with brain and body. Webb has great potential but is clearly "out of position!" Your blog speaks clearly of a failure to understand the skills required to play quarterback. Take two sleeping pills and call me in the morning because you are having nightmares!
